Introducing Lauren McCreless, M.S., CCC-SLP for today’s #therapistthursday feature! She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors degree in Communicative Disorders in 2012 and a Masters of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2014. Roll Tide! She has been working at Puzzle Piece for the past 5 years as an ASHA certified speech language pathologist. She enjoys working alongside the most amazing therapists and staff at Puzzle Piece. She has a passion for the pediatric population and is so grateful to get to be a small part of their families’ lives. She believes that every child she serves brings a unique perspective and joy to her life, making every day full of excitement and laughter. She loves being able to empower children with the ability to communicate, learn, grow, and build relationships with others. Lauren also enjoys working as a clinical instructor for speech language pathology graduate students and helping them develop their skills. Lauren and her husband, Kameron, have a sweet and entertaining 11-month old named Ellison. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, traveling, going to concerts, and playing with her two cats, Harper and Max.
